धर्मार्थकाममोक्षाणां शरीरं साधनं यतः ।
प्रवृत्तिलक्षणाख्यानाद्योगिनो विस्मयात्तथा ।
विज्ञानं विलयं याति तस्माद्गोप्याः प्रवृत्तयः ॥
dharmārthakāmamokṣāṇāṃ śarīraṃ sādhanaṃ yataḥ /
pravṛtti-lakṣaṇa-ākhyānād yogino vismayāt tathā /
vijñānaṃ vilayaṃ yāti tasmād gopyāḥ pravṛttayaḥ //
शरीर ही धर्म, अर्थ, काम और मोक्ष का साधन है। यदि साधना के लक्षणों को प्रकट किया जाए, तो लोगों के विस्मय और ध्यान से योगी का ज्ञान क्षीण हो जाता है। इसलिए साधना को गुप्त रखना चाहिए।
