Adhyaya 39 — Yoga Discipline: Posture, Breath Control, Sense Withdrawal, and Signs of Attainment
आपिबेयुस्तथा वायुं पिबेद्योगी जितश्रमः ।
प्राङ्नाभ्यां हृदये चात्र तृतीये च तथोरसि ॥
āpibeyus tathā vāyuṃ pibed yogī jitaśramaḥ / prāṅ-nābhyāṃ hṛdaye cātra tṛtīye ca tathorasi //
इसी प्रकार योगी, थकान को जीतकर, प्राण का ‘पान’ करे। उसे अग्र-नाभि-प्रदेश में, हृदय में, और यहाँ तीसरे स्थान पर, तथा वक्षस्थल में भी स्थिर करे।
