वृद्धबालौ न हन्तव्यौ न च स्त्री नैव पृछत:
Transliteration
vṛddhabālau na hantavyau na ca strī naiva pṛcchataḥ
Translation
वृद्ध और बालक का वध नहीं करना चाहिए; स्त्री को भी कदापि आघात न पहुँचाना चाहिए—ऐसे जन हिंसा के लक्ष्य नहीं हैं।
