धर्मस्य बहुद्वारत्वम् — Nārada’s Audience with Indra (Śānti-parva 340)
सिद्धा होते महाभागा: पुरा होकान्तिनो5भवन् | तमोरजोभिरननिमिुक्ता मां प्रवेक्ष्यन्त्यसंशयम्
siddhā hote mahābhāgāḥ purā hy ekāntino 'bhavan | tamo-rajobhir anirmuktā māṁ pravekṣyanty asaṁśayam ||
भীष्मजी बोले—यहाँ निवास करने वाले ये सभी महाभाग सिद्ध हो चुके हैं। पूर्वकाल में भी ये मेरे एकान्त भक्त थे। तम और रज से अलिप्त होकर ये निःसंदेह मुझमें ही प्रवेश करेंगे।
