आत्मदर्शन-उपदेशः (Ātma-darśana Upadeśa) — Mind, Senses, and the All-pervading Self
एतां द्वादशसाहसत्रीं युगाख्यां कवयो विदु: । सहस्रपरिवर्त तद् ब्राह्मं दिवसमुच्यते
etāṃ dvādaśasāhastrīṃ yugākhyāṃ kavayo viduḥ | sahasraparivarta tad brāhmaṃ divasam ucyate ||
विद्वान कहते हैं कि देवताओं के बारह हजार वर्षों का यह ‘युग’ कहलाता है; और ऐसे (चतुर्युग-चक्र के) एक हजार आवर्तनों को ब्रह्मा का एक दिन कहा गया है।
