साहं वै पड़कजे जाता सूर्यरश्मिविबोधिते । भूत्यर्थ सर्वभूतानां पद्मा श्री: पच्ममालिनी
śakra uvāca | sāhaṃ vai paṅkaje jātā sūryaraśmivibodhitē | bhūtyarthaṃ sarvabhūtānāṃ padmā śrīḥ padmamālinī ||
शक्र बोले— मैं सूर्य-किरणों से प्रस्फुटित कमल में प्रकट हुई हूँ। समस्त प्राणियों के कल्याण और समृद्धि के लिए मेरा आविर्भाव हुआ; मेरे नाम पद्मा, श्री और पद्ममालिनी हैं।
