विस्वरं चुक्रुशुश्वान्ये बह्दबद्धं तथा वदन् | न च स्म प्रत्यपद्यन्त शस्त्राणि वसनानि च
visvaraṁ cukruśuś cānye bahu-baddhaṁ tathā vadan | na ca sma pratyapadyanta śastrāṇi vasanāni ca ||
और कितने ही लोग बेसुरे स्वर में चिल्लाते, बहुत-सी ऊटपटाँग बातें बकते थे; वे अपने शस्त्र और वस्त्र तक नहीं पा रहे थे।
