स एवेशश्व भूत्वेह परैराज्ञाप्यते पुन: । वही बलवान् होकर फिर दुर्बल हो जाता है और वही एक समय दूसरोंका शासक होकर कालान्तरमें स्वयं दूसरोंका आज्ञापालक हो जाता है
sa eveśaśva bhūtveha parair ājñāpyate punaḥ |
इसी संसार में वही मनुष्य बलवान होकर फिर दुर्बल हो जाता है; वही एक समय दूसरों का शासक होकर कालान्तर में स्वयं दूसरों की आज्ञा मानने वाला बन जाता है।
