जघान गदया भीमस्तस्य राज्ञ: परिच्छदम् | ततो<न्येडभिहता नागा रथाश्ष शतशो बलात्
sañjaya uvāca |
jaghāna gadayā bhīmas tasya rājñaḥ paricchadam |
tato 'nye 'bhihatā nāgā rathāś ca śataśo balāt ||
संजय ने कहा—भीम ने गदा से उस राजा के राजचिह्नों और साज-सामान को चकनाचूर कर दिया। फिर उन्होंने बलपूर्वक अन्य हाथियों को भी मार गिराया और सैकड़ों रथों को नष्ट कर दिया।
