अथैनं शरवर्षेण समन्तात् पर्यवाकिरन् । पर्वतं वारिधाराभि: शरदीव बलाहका:
athainaṁ śaravarṣeṇa samantāt paryavākiran | parvataṁ vāridhārābhiḥ śaradīva balāhakāḥ ||
तब उन्होंने चारों ओर से उस पर बाणों की वर्षा कर दी और उसे सर्वथा ढँक लिया—जैसे शरद् ऋतु के बादल जलधाराओं से पर्वत को भिगो देते हैं।
