नकुलं तु रणे क्रुद्धो विकर्ण: शत्रुतापन: । विव्याध सायकै: षष्ट्या रक्षन्‌ भीष्मं महाबलम्‌

Transliteration

nakulaṃ tu raṇe kruddho vikarṇaḥ śatrutāpanaḥ | vivyādha sāyakaiḥ ṣaṣṭyā rakṣan bhīṣmaṃ mahābalam ||

Translation

दूसरी ओर रणभूमि में क्रोध से भरे शत्रुसंतापी विकर्ण ने महाबली भीष्म की रक्षा करते हुए नकुल को साठ बाणों से घायल कर दिया।
