धृतराष्ट्रस्य वनप्रस्थानानुज्ञा | Permission for Dhṛtarāṣṭra’s Forest-Retirement
तथा भवद्धधिः कर्तव्यमविचार्य वचो मम । “इस समय मैं आपलोगोंसे वर्तमान अवसरपर जो कुछ कहूँ
tathā bhavadbhiḥ kartavyam avicārya vaco mama | atyantagurubhaktānām eṣo 'ñjalir idaṁ namaḥ |
वैशम्पायन बोले— आप लोग ऐसा ही करें; मेरी बात को बिना संदेह और बिना विचार-विलंब के स्वीकार करें—यही मेरी प्रार्थना है। आप लोगों ने कभी मुझ पर रोष प्रकट नहीं किया; आप अत्यन्त गुरुभक्त हैं। इसलिए मैं आपके सामने हाथ जोड़कर आपको प्रणाम करता हूँ।
