अथ हर्म्यतलस्थाहं रविमुद्यन्तमीक्षती । संस्मृत्य तदृषेर्वाक््यं स्पृहयन्ती दिवानिशम्
atha harmyatalasthāhaṃ ravim udyantam īkṣatī | saṃsmṛtya tadṛṣer vākyaṃ spṛhayantī divāniśam ||
फिर एक दिन मैं अपने महल की छत पर खड़ी उगते हुए सूर्य को देखने लगी। उस ऋषि के वचनों का स्मरण करके मैं दिन-रात सूर्यदेव की अभिलाषा करने लगी।
