janamejaya uvāca | prāpya rājyaṁ mahātmānaḥ pāṇḍavā me pitāmahāḥ | katham āsan mahārājñi dhṛtarāṣṭre mahātmani ||

जनमेजय ने पूछा— “हे राजन्! मेरे पितामह महात्मा पाण्डव राज्य प्राप्त कर लेने के बाद महात्मा महाराज धृतराष्ट्र के प्रति कैसे रहते थे, उनके साथ कैसा व्यवहार करते थे?”
