पञ्चमाय महापञ्चयज्ञिनां फलदाय च पञ्चास्यफणिहाराय पञ्चाक्षरमयाय ते

Transliteration

pañcamāya mahāpañcayajñināṃ phaladāya ca pañcāsyaphaṇihārāya pañcākṣaramayāya te

Translation

पंचम (पंच से परे) स्वरूप, महापंचयज्ञ करने वालों को फल देने वाले, पंचास्य पर फणि-हार धारण करने वाले, और पंचाक्षर (नमः शिवाय) मय—आपको नमः।
