sarvam etan mayākhyātaṁ bhavataḥ kula-nandana urukramasya caritaṁ śrotṝṇām agha-mocanam
This verse states that hearing the pastimes of Urukrama (the Supreme Lord) is agha-mocanam—capable of freeing the listeners from sin.
Śukadeva concludes his narration to Parīkṣit, emphasizing that the Lord’s divine history is not mere storytelling but a purifying hearing process for the devotee.
Make regular time to hear or read Śrīmad Bhāgavatam with attention and reverence, treating it as a daily practice for inner cleansing and strengthening devotion.
