यद्ध प्राचीरजगन्तोरो मण्डूरधाणिकीः । हता इन्द्रस्य शत्रवः सर्वे बुद्बुदयाशवः
yád dha prācī́r ájagantóro maṇḍūra-dhāṇikī́ḥ | hatā́ índrasya śátraváḥ sárve budbudáyāśavaḥ ||
When verily they went forth eastward, the mandūra-grain-bearers—then were Indra’s enemies smitten, all of them bubble-swift (and bubble-frail).
जब वे सचमुच पूर्व दिशा की ओर चले—मण्डूर-धान धारण करने वाले—तब इन्द्र के शत्रु मारे गए; वे सब बुलबुले-से वेगवान और बुलबुले-से क्षणभंगुर थे।
