Sukta 96
शतं जीव शरदो वर्धमानः शतं हेमन्तान्छतमु वसन्तान्। शतं त इन्द्रो अग्निः सविता बृहस्पतिः शतायुषा हविषाहार्षमेनम्
śatáṃ jīva śarádo várdhamānaḥ śatáṃ hemantā́n śatám u vasantā́n | śatáṃ te índro agníḥ savitā́ bृहáspátiḥ śatā́yuṣā havíṣā́ ā́ harṣam enam
Live thou a hundred autumns, waxing ever; a hundred winters, yea a hundred springs. A hundred—may Indra, Agni, Savitar, Bṛhaspati grant thee; with hundred-lived oblation I cheer him up.
तू सौ शरदें जी—निरन्तर बढ़ता हुआ; सौ हेमन्त, और सौ वसन्त भी। सौ (वर्षों का वर) तुझे—इन्द्र, अग्नि, सविता, बृहस्पति प्रदान करें; शत-आयु वाले हविषा से मैं इसे हर्षित/उत्साहित करता हूँ।
