तस्माद् यज्ञात् सर्वहुतः संभृतं पृषदाज्यऽम्। पशूंस्तांश्चक्रे वायव्याऽनारण्या ग्राम्याश्च ये

IAST Transliteration

tásmād yajñā́t sarvahútaḥ sámbhṛtaṃ pṛṣád-ā́jyam | paśū́ṃs tā́ṃś cakre vāyavyā̀n āraṇyā́ grā́myāś ca yé ||

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

From that all-offered Sacrifice was gathered the pṛṣad-ājya; and it made the beasts—those of the air, the forest-dwellers, and the village-tame besides.

Translation

उस सर्वाहुति यज्ञ से पृषद्-आज्य (चित्तेदार/मिश्रित घृत) संचित हुआ; और उसी ने पशुओं की सृष्टि की—वायव्य (आकाश/वायु के), आरण्य (वनवासी), तथा ग्राम्य (गाँव में पाले जाने वाले) भी।
