Sukta 6
यं देवाः पितरो मनुष्याऽ उपजीवन्ति सर्वदा। स मायमधि रोहतु मणिः श्रैष्ठ्याय मूर्धतः
yáṃ devā́ḥ pitáro manuṣyā́ upajī́vanti sarvadā́ | sá māyám ádhi rohatu maṇíḥ śráiṣṭhyā́ya mūrdhatáḥ ||
He on whom Gods, Fathers, and mankind evermore subsist—let that Jewel mount upon me with its wondrous power, from the head, for highest excellence.
जिस पर देव, पितर और मनुष्य सदा आश्रित रहते हैं—वह मणि अपनी माया-शक्ति सहित मेरे ऊपर, मस्तक से, श्रेष्ठतम उत्कर्ष के लिए आरोहण करे।
