Transliteration

dhānyapaśuhiraṇyādi niviśamānāya dadyāt

Translation

जो (नए या विरल-जनसंख्या वाले क्षेत्र में) बस रहा हो, उसे धान्य, पशु, स्वर्ण आदि सहायता देनी चाहिए।
