फल्गुद्रव्यकर्मान्तेभ्यः फल्गु द्रव्यमुपस्करं वा पूर्वः साहसदण्डः ॥ कZ_०४.९.०३ ॥

Transliteration

phalgudravyakarmāntebhyaḥ phalgu dravyam upaskaraṃ vā pūrvaḥ sāhasadaṇḍaḥ

Translation

कम-मूल्य वस्तुओं के कर्मान्तों (कार्यशालाओं) से तुच्छ द्रव्य या उपकरण चुराने वाले पर प्रथम साहसदण्ड लगे।
