तेन कूटश्रावणकारका व्याख्याताः ॥ कZ_०४.४.१३ ॥
Transliteration
tena kūṭaśrāvaṇakārakā vyākhyātāḥ
Translation
इस (प्रक्रिया और दण्ड) से कूट-श्रवण (झूठी ‘सुनी हुई’ बातों/गढ़े हुए समाचार) बनाने वाले भी सम्मिलित माने गए हैं।
