तेषामूर्ध्वं पितृतो दायविभागः पितृद्रव्याणाम् ॥ कZ_०३.५.०२ ॥
Transliteration
teṣām ūrdhvaṃ pitṛto dāyavibhāgaḥ pitṛdravyāṇām
Translation
उसके बाद ही (अर्थात पिता के न रहने/अधिकार-समाप्ति के बाद) पिता की संपत्ति का उत्तराधिकार-विभाग होता है।
