Transliteration

tasyātikrame caturviṃśatipaṇo daṇḍaḥ paṇyadaśabhāgo vā

Translation

उस (निर्धारित सीमा/अवधि) का उल्लंघन होने पर दण्ड चौबीस पण, या माल के मूल्य का दसवाँ भाग है।
