atikarṣaṇe caiṣāṃ daṇḍacaturthā daṇḍāḥ

Translation

इनके अतिकर्षण (निर्धारित सीमा से अधिक करने) पर चतुर्थ दण्ड (दण्डचतुर्थ) का दण्ड है।
