सस्यभक्षणे सस्योपघातं निष्पत्तितः परिसंख्याय द्विगुणं दापयेत् ॥ कZ_०३.१०.२५ ॥
Transliteration
sasyabhakṣaṇe sasyopaghātaṃ niṣpattitaḥ parisaṃkhyāya dviguṇaṃ dāpayet
Translation
फसल-भक्षण के मामले में, अपेक्षित उपज (निष्पत्ति) के आधार पर फसल-हानि का आकलन करके अपराधी से उसका दुगुना भरवाए।
