स पक्षवांश्चेदनादेयः विपर्यये पर्यादातव्यः ॥ कZ_०२.९.२४ ॥
Transliteration
sa pakṣavāṃś ced anādeyaḥ viparyaye paryādātavyaḥ
Translation
यदि उसके पास समर्थक गुट हो, तो उसके विरुद्ध खुलकर कार्रवाई नहीं करनी चाहिए; विपरीत स्थिति में वसूली के उपायों से उससे धन उगलवाना चाहिए।
