यः समुदयं परिहापयति स राजार्थं भक्षयति ॥ कZ_०२.९.१३ ॥
Transliteration
yaḥ samudayaṃ parihāpayati sa rājārthaṃ bhakṣayati
Translation
जो राज्य-आय (समुदय) में कमी कराता है, वह वास्तव में राजा के धन/सार्वजनिक निधि को खाता है।
