राजद्रव्याणामन्यद्रव्येनादानं परिवर्तनम् ॥ कZ_०२.८.१६ ॥
Transliteration
rājadravyāṇām anyadravyenādānaṃ parivartanam
Translation
‘परिवर्तन’ वह है—राजकीय वस्तुओं को अन्य वस्तुओं से बदलकर लेना; अर्थात राज्य-संपत्ति का विनिमय/प्रतिस्थापन।
