Transliteration

viṣaṇṇālikam ubhayato-rātraṃ yāma-tūryam

Translation

दोनों रातों में ‘विषण्णालिका’ संकेत हो, और प्रत्येक प्रहर के लिए पहरा-संकेत (याम-तूर्य) हो।
