पांसुन्यासे रथ्यायामष्टभागो दण्डः पङ्कोदकसम्निरोधे पादः ॥ कZ_०२.३६.२६ ॥

Transliteration

pāṃsunyāse rathyāyām aṣṭabhāgo daṇḍaḥ paṅkodakasamnirodhe pādaḥ

Translation

सड़क पर धूल/कूड़ा फेंकने पर मानक दण्ड का आठवाँ भाग जुर्माना; कीचड़ और पानी के प्रवाह को रोकने पर चौथाई जुर्माना।
