हिंस्रिका निर्घातयेत् अमित्रविषयातिगाः पण्यपत्तनचारित्रोपघातिकाश्च ॥ कZ_०२.२८.१२ ॥

Transliteration

hiṃsrikā nirghātayet amitraviṣayātigāḥ paṇyapattanacāritropaghātikāśca

Translation

हिंसक/लुटेरे अपराधियों का दमन किया जाए—जो शत्रु-प्रदेश में (अवैध रूप से) प्रवेश करते हैं और जो व्यापार व पत्तनों के स्थापित मार्ग-व्यवहार को बाधित करते हैं।
