anteṣv antapāladurgāṇi janapadadvārāṇy antapālādhiṣṭhitāni sthāpayet

Translation

सीमाओं पर वह अन्तपाल-दुर्ग (सीमा-रक्षक किले)—जनपद के द्वार—अन्तपालों के अधीन स्थापित करे।
