It introduces puṣpa-pūjā (flower-offering worship) as a practical ritual method and specifies flower-types suitable for worship, stating that such worship makes Viṣṇu grant success in all undertakings.
It shifts from a built-environment topic (Vāstu) into hands-on liturgical procedure (Pūjā-vidhi), showing how the text catalogs diverse applied disciplines—architecture, ritual manuals, and devotional practice—within one compendium.
Offering flowers with devotion is presented as a merit-bearing act whose result (phala) is siddhi—spiritual and worldly accomplishment—bestowed by Viṣṇu across one’s intended actions.
