Chapter 288 — अश्वचिकित्सा

तथा भुक्तवतान्देया अतिपाने तु वारुणी जीवनीयैः समधुरैर् मृद्वीकाशर्करायुतैः

tathā bhuktavatāndeyā atipāne tu vāruṇī jīvanīyaiḥ samadhurair mṛdvīkāśarkarāyutaiḥ

इसी प्रकार भोजन कर चुके व्यक्ति को भी यह देना चाहिए; किंतु अतिपान (अत्यधिक मद्यपान) में वारुणी देनी चाहिए—जीवनीय, सममधुर द्रव्यों से सिद्ध, मुनक्का (मृद्वीका) और शर्करा से युक्त।
