FAQs

Ayurvedic dinacharya guidance: avoid vyāyāma (exercise) in the later part of the day and perform a single bath with cool water.

It exemplifies the text’s practical Ayurveda content—specific time-based lifestyle rules—alongside its wider coverage of ritual, dharma, and other sciences.

By aligning bodily discipline (exercise timing) and purification (bathing) with proper daily conduct, the verse supports śauca (cleanliness) and balanced living, traditionally seen as conducive to merit and mental clarity.
