तदिदानीं प्रवक्ष्यामि धान्यधेनुविधिं परम् । दशधेनुप्रदानेन यत्फलं राजसत्तम ॥ तत्सर्वमेव प्राप्नोति व्रीहिधेनुप्रदानतः ॥
tad idānīṃ pravakṣyāmi dhānya-dhenu-vidhiṃ param | daśa-dhenu-pradānena yat-phalaṃ rāja-sattama || tat sarvam eva prāpnoti vrīhi-dhenu-pradānataḥ ||
હવે હું ધાન્યધેનુ-દાનની પરમ વિધિ કહું છું. હે રાજશ્રેષ્ઠ, દસ ગાયો દાન કરવાથી જે ફળ મળે છે, તે સર્વ વ્રીહિધેનુ (ધાન્યગાય) દાનથી પ્રાપ્ત થાય છે.
