स तामाह महाभागे बद्धो ऽस्मि कपिना वटे जटास्वेवं सुदुष्टेन जीवामि तपसो बलात्

Transliteration

sa tāmāha mahābhāge baddho 'smi kapinā vaṭe jaṭāsvevaṃ suduṣṭena jīvāmi tapaso balāt

Translation

તે તેણીને કહ્યું—“હે મહાભાગે! હું કપિનાવટ પાસે બાંધાયેલો છું. આ અતિદુષ્ટે મારી જટાઓમાં કસીને પકડી રાખ્યો છે; છતાં તપસ્યાના બળે હું જીવિત છું।”
