લોમશ બોલ્યા—હું પ્રાચીન કાળનો એક પુરાતન ઇતિહાસ કહું છું. પૂર્વે અવંતી (ઉજ્જયિની) નગરે નંદી નામનો એક વૈશ્ય વસતો હતો.
