vyāttāsyā dhūmaniḥśvāsā vyomaikacaraṇordhvadṛk | tāpanī śoṣaṇīdṛṣṭiḥ koṭarī sthūlanāsikā

તે વ્યાત્તાસ્યા, વિકરાળ ખુલ્લા મુખવાળી; ધૂમનિઃશ્વાસા, ધુમાડા જેવી શ્વાસવાળી; વ્યોમમાં એક ચરણથી વિચરતી, ઊર્ધ્વદૃષ્ટિવાળી; તાપની, દાહ કરનારી; શોષણીદૃષ્ટિ, જેના દૃષ્ટિથી શોષાઈ જાય; કોટરી; અને સ્થૂલનાસિકા છે।
