अथबालसखी भूत तत्तत्काननवीरुधम् शिवाप्रस्तावयांचक्रे विमुक्तां मुक्तिदां पुरीम्
athabālasakhī bhūta tattatkānanavīrudham śivāprastāvayāṃcakre vimuktāṃ muktidāṃ purīm
પછી તે (પાર્વતી) જાણે બાળસખી બનીને, અનેક પ્રકારનાં વનો અને લતાઓની વચ્ચે, સ્વયં વિમુક્ત અને મુક્તિ આપનારી એ પુરી—કાશી—નો પ્રસંગ ઉપાડી વર્ણન કરવા લાગી।
