कलावत्युवाच । नाथ प्रजासृजापूर्वं सृष्टा नानाविधाः प्रजाः । प्रजाहिताय संसृष्टं पुरुषार्थचतुष्टयम्

kalāvatyuvāca | nātha prajāsṛjāpūrvaṃ sṛṣṭā nānāvidhāḥ prajāḥ | prajāhitāya saṃsṛṣṭaṃ puruṣārthacatuṣṭayam

Translation

કલાવતીએ કહ્યું—હે નાથ! પ્રજાસૃષ્ટિના આરંભે નાનાવિધ પ્રજાઓ સર્જાઈ; અને પ્રજાહિત માટે ધર્મ, અર્થ, કામ, મોક્ષ—આ ચાર પુરુષાર્થ પણ સ્થાપિત થયા.
