स्कंद उवाच । सम्यगापृच्छि भवता काशीवासिसमाहितम् । कुंभसंभव विप्रर्षे दंडपाणि कथानकम्
skaṃda uvāca | samyagāpṛcchi bhavatā kāśīvāsisamāhitam | kuṃbhasaṃbhava viprarṣe daṃḍapāṇi kathānakam
સ્કંદે કહ્યું—હે કુંભસંભવ, વિપ્રશ્રેષ્ઠ! કાશીવાસી અને કાશીમાં સમાહિત દંડપાણિની કથા વિષે તું યોગ્ય રીતે પૂછ્યું છે.
