Transliteration

janmāṃtarakṛtairdānaistapobhirniyamairvrataiḥ | iha janmani gaṃgāyāṃ nṛṇāṃ bhaktiḥ prajāyate

Translation

પૂર્વજન્મોમાં કરેલા દાન, તપ, નિયમ અને વ્રતોના પ્રભાવથી જ આ જન્મમાં મનુષ્યોમાં ગંગાપ્રતિ ભક્તિ જન્મે છે.
