वेदवेदार्थतत्त्वज्ञः कलासु कुशलोऽमलः । पारदृश्वा तु सर्वेषां शास्त्राणां नीतिवित्तमः

Transliteration

vedavedārthatattvajñaḥ kalāsu kuśalo'malaḥ | pāradṛśvā tu sarveṣāṃ śāstrāṇāṃ nītivittamaḥ

Translation

તે વેદો તથા વેદાર્થના તત્ત્વનો જાણકાર હતો; કલાઓમાં કુશળ અને નિર્મળ હતો. તેણે સર્વ શાસ્ત્રોના મર્મને પારખ્યો હતો અને નીતિ-ધર્મજ્ઞાનમાં અગ્રગણ્ય હતો.
