praṇamya stutibhiryuktyā mārkkaṃḍaṃ munayo'bruvan | bhagavannaimiṣāraṇye satre dvādaśavārṣike

યોગ્ય સ્તુતિઓ સાથે પ્રણામ કરીને મુનિઓએ માર્કંડેયને કહ્યું—“ભગવન્! નૈમિષારણ્યમાં દ્વાદશ-વર્ષીય સત્રયજ્ઞમાં…”
