પુન્નાગવનમાં અહીં-તહીં ફરતા નર-કોકિલોના મધુર કૂજનથી ગુંજતા, તે રમ્ય વસંતસમયે રાજા પોતાની રાણી સાથે વિહાર કરવા લાગ્યો।
