महापातकवर्णनम् (Mahāpātaka-varṇanam) — “Description of Great Sins and Their Consequences”
न ब्रवीति च यः सत्यं न प्रदानं करोति च । अशुचिर्वाऽशुचिस्थाने यः प्रवक्ति शृणोति च
na bravīti ca yaḥ satyaṃ na pradānaṃ karoti ca | aśucirvā'śucisthāne yaḥ pravakti śṛṇoti ca
જે સત્ય ન બોલે અને દાન ન કરે; જે પોતે અશુચિ હોય અથવા અશુચિ સ્થાને પવિત્ર કથા કહે-સાંભળે—તે શિવાચારથી પતિત થઈ ઉચ્ચ સાધનાને અયોગ્ય બને છે।
