Lord Shiva
Tattva Level: pasha
Shiva Form: Sadāśiva
Type: stotra
Shakti Form: Durgā
Role: teaching
The verse highlights Śiva as Pati (the supreme Lord who directs cosmic order) and Ambikā as Śakti whose māyā can bind or liberate; even powerful asuras are overcome when divine will operates through Śakti, restoring dharma and the path to mokṣa.
It reflects Saguna Śiva as the personal Lord who actively governs the universe—commanding Ambikā and coordinating with Nārāyaṇa—showing that devotion to Śiva (often centered on the Liṅga) aligns the devotee with the same divine governance that removes obstacles and ignorance.
Meditate on Śiva-Śakti unity: japa of the Pañcākṣarī (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) with Tripuṇḍra (bhasma) and a prayer to Ambikā to dissolve moha (delusion), transforming inner “asuras” like pride and anger into clarity and devotion.
